Development Program
Learn the exciting sport of Weightlifting under the guidance of Coach Chris, certified through the International Youth Conditioning Association as an Olympic Lift Instructor and as a High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Coach Chris is a sports performance, weightlifting, and youth development coach out of Clermont Fl, "The Choice of Champions!" and competes as a nationally competitive weightlifter himself.
Learn to lift safely and correctly under Coach Chris’s direct instruction, and become more flexible, powerful, fast, and strong! Ages 10 and up! Contact us for more information.

Group 1 - 3:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Group 2 - 4:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
